the clean kale is torn into 2-3&#8243; pieces. \u00a0Ideally it should be dry, but I usually can&#8217;t wait long enough for it to dry completely. \u00a0Put the pieces in a bowl, pour olive oil over \/><\/p>\n<p>The oven was a little over 200F, \u00a0so I set the timer to check every 20 minutes. \u00a0I&#8217;d fluff and turn the pieces. \u00a0It took about an hour per batch. \u00a0But at that
