Today Michele took me on a Bayou Walk, through the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park, about an hour from New Orleans.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u00a0<\/span>saw a couple\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>alligators, o<\/span>ne small and one very small. \u00a0I didn’t make it to the end of the trail, where the big ones are rumored to be<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Most of the water was covered with fairy moss, which we also have in the <\/span>homestead pond, tho the homestead fairy moss is smaller and not so thick.<\/span><\/p>\n
